Lost again today & knocked out of the FA Trophy. Gainsborough trinity went through to the next round though which means their game at Broadhurst will be postponed. If you ignore the hammering they gave pisspoor European opposition it’s 2 wins from 16 games & no home Saturday game until November 30th. Queue lots of wailing from the FC board & fans about how unfair it all is and how critical the cash flow is

Who is on the hook for the loan and is there any recourse if the loan is defaulted ?

From a distance this appears to be a misuse of tax payers funds which the majority of Mancunians would not have approved/voted for.

Imo, it requires close independent public scrutiny.

I'd like to congratulate a bunch of gloryhunting cunts who decided that the club that they supported their entire life wasn't actually worth fighting for in any way, then took their money to the non-league competitions where due to financial success they were guaranteed to win whilst being as racist as they possibly wanted in the stands and still pretending that they really "support" more than one club.

You're the laughing stock of football and always will be. I'd say that they're Guns and Roses without Slash but this is giving them credit and status that they have never earnt. They're more like Beady Eye without Liam Gallagher.

Well done on being the most despicable club in England who every hard working loyal football fan whether red or blue hopes that you all drop dead. FC United are traitors to Manchester United. Think of how much we all fucking hate Manchester United and its fans, think of how much of a dick they all are. These people manage to somehow drop beneath that impossible depth in not only gloryhunting for 20 years but when their dominance dried up they then built a moral conscience and decided to go and win a bunch of trophies in a lower division rather than stick by their team AT THE ONLY TIME THEY EVER NEEDED THEIR FANS TO SUPPORT THEM.

What they did, and how they were lauded for it by milquetoast middle class Guardianistas who classified them as the "real football" was a disgrace. I don't care if Osama Adolf bin Hitler the Impaler took over City, I'd never take my ball and go home, I'd fight for the club and community that I believe in. Those Newcastle fans who are against the Saudi ownership and have started a pressure group must be annoying as fuck to Newcastle fans but you can respect them - they have a belief system and they're going for it. These whinging pricks banging on about the Glazers (who coincidentally were fine in their eyes and not setting up "phoenix clubs" before it was clear they were going down the shitter btw) - go speak to a Reading fan or a Cardiff fan or a Bury fan or a myriad of other clubs up and down the league who would commit hari-kari to have the Glazers as owners. FC United are not just gloryhunting traitorous wankers, they're the worst type of gloryhunting traitorous wankers - completely self obsessed and oblivious to their massive privileges that other people just call "life".

Oh and never forget that this "club" was often touted as the "antidote" to City and Sheikh Mansour. How they were inevitably coming to the Premier League because they were a morally just club. And look at the trajectories of us both since then. We're Treble winning 4 in a row champions and they're getting twatted by Curzon Ashton at home then will be relegated this year to step 9 and their greatest achievement was almost not getting relegated from the 6th tier. And lets not even talk about the money they've been begging from councils for a decade despite being in one of the lowest funded social care systems in the country. Don't give starving kids money, we need it for our "morally just" team. Absolute wankers, not a single real fan in them all, if United started winning leagues and Champions Leagues again then their ground would be empty. You only need to see the United effect when their games are played at the same time as United are on TV.

Loyal supporters formed a breakaway club because the Glazers were taking the money out of the club for themselves, Well what's good the goose is good for the gander.
