Well done to the rag socks winning their first game of the season 2-0.
A home game v Leek with a very poor (by their standards and expectations) opening gate of 1,680 on a weekend with no “big rags” playing - so much for that failed love in with the ridiculous The 1958 group towards the end of last season.

With a total of 686 season ticket / 10 game match book ticket holders, that leaves 994 paying punters. Tick tock

Not only was it the first game of the season with no premier league football but it was also supposed to be a celebration of 10 years since the first competitive game in pallet park.

I guess the piss poor attendance shows how warmly they’ve been welcomed by the people of moston since we had their white elephant which nobody asked for. The puff piece put out by their board says what fantastic work they do in the community.

Try telling that to the local people they’ve made redundant or the local kids that signed up for their full time education at their academy only for it to close

I think that’s a good assessment, the opening week’s giddiness will make it even worse for them when the inevitable happens & they coma back down to earth with a bump. Also it emphasises just how shit at the job the previous manager was. The under performing David Brent esque twat that the apologists kept making excuses for & rewarding with contract extensions, academy principal & commercial roles whilst the club and team stagnated under him

If you hadn’t chased away so many fellow reds when you threw your toys out of the pram when you realised how bad you’d collectively fucked up & looked for some scapegoats in 2016 then those people who’s put hours into your shithole wouldn’t be so fed up with you all and happily sharing their log in with a blue. They wouldn’t begrudgingly admit that those of us opposing the ground build were right all along.

For another year I intend to be sharing all available reports, accounts & meetings so more people can realise just how badly you’ve fucked up over the last 20 years, the shameful way the council has backed you & how you continue to fuck over the local community that you claim to serve.

You should be ashamed of the way you viewed the kids of moston as cash cows when you signed them up to full time education that you could never provide to a half decent standard. for it to completely close with kids half way through a 2 year degree is a joke. A community club my arse.

Feel free to continue reading this thread for information on how badly you guys have cocked up with receipts to back up any claims. Perhaps start looking at yourselves though and spend less time doing shit like producing club poems.

Twenty years on you’re a non league team stagnating & going nowhere with dwindling crowds but growing debts.

I'm more concerned about 3 wins, before we know it there'll be pieces on things I don't watch like Football Focus bigging them up and adding to the gate.

In fact if they win their game in hand they'll go top , only a point currently behind the leaders.

Fuckers are at home on Saturday which will mean a detour going home as well.

A very good point about these feckers.
Any sign of a good team on the pitch, will get the arrogant parasites getting loads of positive publicity in the Media.
No doubt some Conn artist (or anyone from the Guardian & Salford BBC) will extol the virtues of these wild & wacky wankers reclaiming the real, socialist values of "punk football".
No non-payment of debt will be mentioned though...
