Saw Man U fan on facebook make a sad status about Ferguson retiring. Some guy, as a joke, said Man U are going to relegated next season.

The Man U fan responds by saying there's a time and place for those jokes and now its not appropriate. He compared that comment to making fun of someone whose parents had died.

Ferguson retiring is the equivalent of losing your parents.....unbelievable

The problem is, it is NOT unbelievable. It is the rags all over, that. I remember one of them likening last season's finale to the death of a loved one.

It's breaking on sky news that its Moyes

Its not. Its saying he is in pole position. It does sound likely, though. No denial from the rags as yet.

Crash those shares.

sky news saying it should be confirmed in couple of days, eveton havent even been approached yet, so nowt set in stone yet

Just spent a very enjoyable half an hour in the ragcafe (sorry, I couldn't resist).

Reading from 9:15 as the news broke was priceless.

You don't have to click the link if you don't want but sometimes it's worth making an exception.

Haven't bounced around like this since we won the league. Went straight in to the wine shop and bought a bottle of bubbly. Don't care who takes over. The despot is gone.

Saw this beauty on a football forum from a rag.

'Shares have dropped by $102 since trading opened today'

Followed by

'Wow, that isn't good for the club, that is a big fall indeed.'

Completely oblivious.

Bit of a disappointment that he retired rather than died.

I wish they'd hurry up and announce that it's Moyes.
I know how Sting feels now doing that tantric sex stuff.
Today's been fantastic but once that scruffy, yellow-toothed prick gets confirmed, I'm hitting the vinegars.
