We've bought players at their peak.

Man Utd and Chelsea fans will be and are worried.

Really????? .....Navas who at his peak is a bench warmer for Spain....and Feranandinho who at his peak has 5 caps and currently can't even get in the worst Brazil squad in my lifetime!! ....bet their worried.

IMO can only get worse if we lose Tevez and get Cavani..who may score a few more, but isn't as good a footballer.

People forget the two Spanish puppets in charge of transfers gave Eto and the best part of £50m away for Ibrahimovich when at Barca.
For me our first two signings are as excitable/on a par as Garcia was ;)
This guy has been drinking too much ^^

Navas, the bench warmer who came on as a sub in the world cup final and was instrumental in the goal that won it for Spain.

That some City fans are somehow disappointed is frankly disgusting. What have we become?

Danny Mills scored one of the best goals ive seen (v everton?)...but being a one off achievement doesn't make him a good footballer?

We have become a forum of people who want to buy every player in the world and if we do, or even linked to them, justify them to be 'Amazin' 'one of best in world' so some other school ground description (backed up by Youtube!)

imo i would like and think the best objective is to buy just 1 or 2 who are significantly better than we have (which is very difficult!) or young players with potential to become that......... or don't waste the money.

Fernandinho is arguably better then what we have and Navas does fill a deficiency in the squad. We have been after a tricky winger with pace for the last two seasons and Mancini wanted a player like Fernandinho for about the same time hence the De Rossi chase.

That we have overpaid is self evident but its no different to ManU going balls deep on RvP last season. Sometimes you just have to get the guys you need and hang the cost.

I would like us to buy players who want to play 100% for Manchester City football club and not just for their prestige or ego or money.

Give MCFC 100% and I will give them my 100% support.

agree ... and Fernandinho wanted to be at City for a while.

When a player sacrifices £4M of his bonus payout in order to reduce the overall fee for City, he has my 100% backing and support to play at our club...

These sorts of comments annoy me upon what are you basing that comment. What you have read in the papers, twitter this site? Until City tell us what they have paid dont believe everything you read

Brazil have a lot of outstanding players, but they don't have a forward like Ronaldo, or Rivaldo, or Ronaldinho. And they have lost the amazing full backs of Roberto Carlos, Maicon and Cafu. They still have an awesome array of midfield talent who don't even get in their squad

You should have watched the Shakhtar Donestk team. They got through to the last 16 in the Champions League this season and it took Dortmund to knock them out. They've got a lot of exceptional South American players - remember last transfer window Spurs trying to sign Willian? -and we signed their best player

Is the official Shakhtar website not definite enough for you?

Calling 'Maicon' amazing highlights a point in my previous post..thanks ;)
I have watched Shakhtar...they got to the same round as Celtic?
Getting further in CL doesn't make a teams players all better than our current ones (Malaga got further still...do you want to sign RSC??) .They have good players (very good maybe) but imo not exceptional ones!

Ukraine league not recognised....my arse. Just an excuse used by footballers there to either justify not being picked or to get a move.Scolari will probably be sacked if Brazil don't win the WC ...yet people think he wouldn't pick a player good enough wherever he played??

Cavani IS a good finisher...Aguero was lethal season before last when he scored 30, and Tevez was season before that....and they're both better footballers.

Maybe i should play 'football manager' like yourself to be so knowledgeable as yourself, instead of having played/managed semi pro ;)
So did Alan Ball and he was fucking clueless like you also.

Most of your posts 'mildly' amuse me usually...but thats because most of them are what you believe to be funny.....try giving your own opinion on something for once instead of upping your impressive post count with drivel ;)
No way your a City fan
