I must say after looking into this guy he is the perfect buy for us. A defensive midfielder who can actually defend, very well in fact, and is also quick at linking up play and reading the game. Never heard of him before, but now really want him to take the pressure off of Yaya/Fern and actually be decent unlike some Spanish chap we have.

Said on the Mangala thread, a perfect fit for the style of play and philosophy Pellegrini is implementing. He is looking for people who can read the game, who look to intercept and pressure the opposition and can feed the ball quickly to the attacking players. Would be a perfect player to help rotate Yaya and Fernandinho, and would certainly allow me to relax a little more as I fear any injury to either of the aforementioned could be really damaging to our whole style of play.
