If we sign him for a decent fee he should be a great player for us.

I'm sure you have seen the videos of him in this thread, he is a very aggressive, strong and athletic DM. Last I seen him he wasn't brilliant technically, he is a more De Jong type player that breaks up play but maybe this could be improved on when playing with our squad. He would be excellent beside either Yaya or Fernandinho and should take the workload of Ferd as the only reliable DM in the squad.

Like others have said I think Rodwell's time could be limited if Pelle pushes for this signing and with Zuculini coming in the Summer I don't see him having a place in the future, unless Garcia is off that is.

I think all of Rodwell, Richards, Clichy, Garcia, Dzeko and lescott from our current squad will all be gone. I think the plan would be to have Mangala, Fernando, Zucullini, Shaw, Guidetti, and the yound rb from Benfica as the planed replacements.
