Fever Pitch - the Rise of the Premier League

Haven't watched it but someone tell me if any or all of the following clips were shown.

Brian Kidd on his knees on the pitch at the swamp while Fergie celebrates behind him.

Beckham halfway line goal.

Cantonas seagull following the trawler schtic.

Class of 92 pic when they're all lined up with their arm over each others shoulder.

Any other assorted library shots of the good old days when manyoo won everything and City were shite.

revisionist garbage, far too much credence given to Murdoch and Sky 'rescuing' football with the massive punt they took with Sky while, in reality, football was on the up from about 1989 and Murdoch (albeit shrewdly/luckily) took a massive punt on rescuing sky at ITV's expense by stealing a game with an upward trajectory

To be honest what did you expect ?

I didnt watch it because I just knew what would be the subject matter.

I dont watch any football programs or listen to or read the press/media. Life is so much better for this ;)

I watch or read about City from here and on MCFC website.

It was always going to be a rag love in because back than it was ok for one team to dominate.
It was good for the premier league.
It was ok for one team to break the transfer record every season.
It was ok the buy the league.
It was ok to have fergie time.
It was ok to have bent games.

Nothing much has changed apart from it doesnt guarantee the rags winning silverware anymore.

The ITV doc on the creation of the PL is the perfect antidote for this revisionist bullshit of a programme.

Albeit theres a justified bitterness to because it was Alan Sugar who shafted them to flog his Satellite dishes.

As soon as you saw it was made by the BBC you knew what to expect. To be fair we weren't exactly a success when it started,I'm sure they'll fit in one of our relegations somewhere. The best and most honest bit was at the start when they mentioned Spurs, the rags, dippers and Arsenal Getting upset at Jack Walker investing in Blackburn, as that wasn't in the plan. Let's hope they show the most iconic moment in its history so far. ...Agueeeeeeeroooooo!!!

Suspected it was going to be a rag propaganda Video so avoided it. Plus let's be honest the only thing Manchester city contributed to this era was the shit Monday First night game v qpr which continued in an out of control downward spiral to the edge of oblivion.

Still bugs me to this day that someone thought it was a good idea to have the red devils parachute regiment land on the pitch, and a shit band covering baker Street.
