If he doesn’t make any subs he’ll get slated for it.It's on him because the subs were woeful and capitulated control to them. He is afterall the coach and presumably knows why he started with the players he did, as opposed to the ones he brought on.
Look at the bench and there’s not that many options to bring fresh legs on.

He’s has been out for ages and was barely ripping up trees before he was injured.
He might not even be ready to play, like Kev wasn’t when he was on the bench.

He’s been a liability.

He’s not exactly a defensively minded.

I’ll agree that in hindsight he shouldn’t have made all 3 subs together but they were subs he needed to make.
