You are referring to the manager, so criticizing the managers judgement.
Guardiola has to manage, game by game, sections of the season, and the season as a whole. 70 games. Now I would say we can manage a win on weds without Aguero, and he will be fresh for Saturday, the same with David Silva. It is impossible to play every game, the manager has a great responsibility to judge when a player needs a break.

Fans unfortunately are not in a position to do this.

While I don't think we should be resting players as such I do think that the likes of Sane, Sterling and Bernardo probably deserve a start so we can probably afford to make a few changes to accommodate them.
