Coca-Cola, Visa and McDonald's will all re-evaluate their partnerships with FIFA and/or sponsorships of 2018 World Cup. Not sure about Gazprom, Hyundai or Budweiser (now no longer American owned). All three US-based companies will be pressured by the gov, by customers and by the press. Not sure of the numbers -- but I am sure they are big.

Edit: I'd forgotten they've all criticized FIFA for the handling of Garcia report already. That includes Adidas, Sony and others. This is going to get uglier by the day . . .

This is going be interesting.

On one side you have a large, international organisation that works mostly underground and in the shadows that operates under it's own rules.

Then on the other side is the FBI.

I have my popcorn ready for when the US federal prosecutors stand up in court. I've worked closely with many of them in the past and they're lethal.

Edit: Also for those unfamiliar with RICO law, the US government can seize private property of those convicted under the statutes.

Dear mr Blatter if you are reading this can I have your champions league final ticket please ;)
