Not certain the poster you quote was entirely making a political point but if he was I do not ally myself with it.
I would use the true Bank point to illustrate that even when a Government needs to save that particular sector with taxpayers money corruption still takes place needing massive fines via FBI investigations to try to bring it into line. For some reason CEO's are able to distance themselves from this corruption 'Blatter style' and get away with it.

In other words just because the Swiss hideaway has been blown please don't think that any successive regime will stop its corrupt practices. Maybe the prosecutions will bring just fines (like the Bank sector where we seem to apparently tolerate crime).
