The fine is believed to relate to the transfer of teenagers George Davies and Dominic Oduro from the Right to Dream Academy in Ghana to Nordsjaelland. The pair told a Danish newspaper they signed and played in City games before turning 18. [@ManCityMEN]

to add meat to the bone, Real and Atletico were banned for breaching articles 5, 9, 19 and 19b, whilst Barcelona were banned for breaching article 19 on 10 occasions, as well as infringing annexe 2 and article 14.

So it appears we had a less severe breach of article 19 with none of the additional misdemeanours attached.
