don't think so, think this is to do with a couple of players moving between 2 of our "partner clubs" but having a stint on trial and playing friendlies with us before FIFA had issued guidance on the matter, which meant we were subsequently non-compliant. So rather insignificant compared to what it's been portrayed as.
