What are the fa and prem ones about?

PL was about us "cheating" FFP same as UEFA, not sure it was announced as an investigation, just that if found guilty they'd have another look.

I thought the FA were fined over this FIFA one (and Chelsea's) because they allowed it under their watch, and again I don't think there was an investigation announced.

FIFA has never been the problem. It's UEFA where we have an issue because their rule book has been written by David Gill and co, their committees are staffed by Utd and Liverpool men, and we have people like Tebas to consider.

Not so sure about threats. It could be that we have friends at FIFA. Infantino is hardly an enemy of our club.

or maybe we havent done much wrong, and their guidelines were not clear during the period the transgression took place. and maybe they see a long legal battle with city as unappealing.
