PL was about us "cheating" FFP same as UEFA, not sure it was announced as an investigation, just that if found guilty they'd have another look.

I thought the FA were fined over this FIFA one (and Chelsea's) because they allowed it under their watch, and again I don't think there was an investigation announced.
