FIFA investigation: No transfer ban

From the bbc report...

"Manchester City FC was found to have breached, among others, article 19 of the Fifa Regulations on the status and transfer of players.

Amongst others is surely the correct English but, in any case I thought we were only found to have broken article 19 & nothing else?

Jumped over to RAWK with my hands firmly rubbed together but unless I’ve missed a separate thread it seems to be largely quiet and accepting of the punishment being fair in relation to the charge so far, even acknowledging they’ve been charged with worse in recent past. I don’t like it, I want them to lose their shit for our amusement. I’m sure it’s just a matter of time must be a sale on at Yankee candles.
They are all on twitter or on the rob, allegedly

This is an interesting one for the journalists, because their job is supposed to be to inform people and answer the questions that fans have about the story. So what a proper journalist should do is write something explaining why we got a lesser punishment than Chelsea.

I wonder how many will do that and how many will just retweet a reworded version of the original story because they know the confusion and outrage will get more clicks.

Dippers are gonna love this. Fifa have had a big fat zero of evidence on us and shat themselves when we threatened them. So they revert to type and fine us. Football is corrupt to the core.

This scenario looks compelling. Not long ago,we were bang to rights but a paltry fine? Fifa: "we cant fuck you over but we need to seem competent,so heres a slap on the wrist" Totally corrupt.
