I've seen the quotes from FIFA detailing the number of breaches Chelsea are guilty of but no such quotes in regards City's breaches.

They investigated 9 instances to do with ourselves, with just the 2 being found wanting. Chelsea were investigated for 97(?) and found guilty in 29 cases(which they still dispute), they'd been investigated for similar I think 3 times previous hence the transfer ban.

Swp FA/ prem league different cheeks of the same arse , we won't get a domestic ban, the prem look on the FA as an irelevance , but they are the governing body of football in the UK still (just!) So between the two of them they won't want to see city lawyers on their doorsteps with writs in their hands stating things like restriction of trade and other stuff.

This sums up the awful media we have in this country. They are more interested In clicks so do not mention anything about the difference between the charges and just go with the headlines we avoid a ban knowing it will have fans of other clubs frothing at the mouth to type any unknowledgeable comment they have as again they have only read the headlines and not the story. Sums it up with one posting the other day about how we can leave a 60 million defender on the bench, no mention of course over the 34.1 million fee we got back from Danilo and he had only just joined us, but again I bet he read only the headline and not the story. So so many uninformed cretins out there who post hatred on our club without knowing any key facts or truths

Why do people think this clown is relevant? why do i keep seeing his name crop up on here like his opinion means anything?

Is there more to him than just some random saddo,with no girlfriend,and too much time on his hands?

I'm genuinely intrigued how/why he causes so much outrage?

Someone just asked Ziegler where is the evidence and he said no one from either FIFA or City have contacted him to contradict it.

I didn't realise that's how it worked, you make something up and if no one contacts you to deny it then it must be true.

Someone should ask him if his source was the same one who said we were definitely getting a 2 window ban within a week back in March

Chelsea were adverserial in defending 98(?) breaches of article 19 and were found guilty of 29 clear breaches of article 19.
2 breaches of article 18 (bis) for 3rd party ownership.
Penalty: 2 window transfer ban + 600,000 CHF
(FA also fined 510,000 CHF)

The Manchester City sanction:
Misinterpretation of article 19 for N cases (unknown number specified by FIFA - I believe it is 9)
Penalty: 370,000 CHF fine.
I believe 2 (the youth pair sold to Danish clubs) are on a par with the Chelsea breaches.

There is simply no comparison between the two cases in the scale of breach.

These dickheads can spin this ‘story’ however they like.

The facts are we we admitted guilt in the 2 instances we are guilty of.

We received a fine, which is proportionate to the offence, and didn’t get banned.

That’s it.

Trying to spin it any other way just shows them as lacking in intelligence and extremity bitter.
