I understand wanting James on but not sure taking Russo off was the answer. Doesn’t seem to be much up front at the moment.
This is the first game I have watched in this tournament and I'm very sorry if I upset some people but it's shite. Women's football will never be anywhere near as good as the men's.
Yeah but you just really have to take it for what it is. I mean we've seen top women's national teams get beaten by under 15s boys teams.
It's not something you can really watch and compare it to top level men's football but if you just watch it for what it is it's fairly entertaining. A bit like a decent Sunday league game
Probably got something to do with it being illegal for women to play organised football between 1921 and 1971. Just a hunch, though. This is the first game I have watched in this tournament and I'm very sorry if I upset some people but it's shite. Women's football will never be anywhere near as good as the men's.
It’s crazy that people can’t see that! Her left foot was well forward but her right was not, that was on the line and that is all that needs to be!
The whole point is missed. It doesn't have to be as good as men's. They will never play a men's team! It's women v women. They only have to be as good or better than the opposition they are playing. Those who watch men's football will probably want the last word in control, pace, power, and spectacle. Women's football is not for you! This is the first game I have watched in this tournament and I'm very sorry if I upset some people but it's shite. Women's football will never be anywhere near as good as the men's.
