Fight in block 139

Absolute belled near me in 537. Shaved head knuckle dragging thug. He was shouting do you know who you ae messing with at another city an behind him for about ten minutes. Sadly from what I saw yesterday ten hours drinking is a disaster and the 5.15 kickoff makes it rubbish for young families. I think our support has been poor this season on the whole.

The time should not matter.

group of us were standing half way up (rows 32/33) but everyone behind was sitting.

I don't get this.

Don't, at some point, you think 'you know what, we are fucking this up for lot of people because we want to be the big bollocks and stand'?

Or do you just not give a fuck?

And I say that as someone who wants to stand. I'm asking cause you seem fairly reasonable on here.

We started the match of standing and trying to stay stood, but ended up sitting, as I said to the lads behind me it wasn't fair if we stood and no one else did. Stood up on occasion, but sat for the majority of it.

Didn't see any of the fighting must have been in the second half. Couldn't believe we were sitting in silence at an fa cup final so moved behind the goals at half time

I was in block 566 and the guy next to me fell asleep pissed up at half maybe if he was standing he would of stayed awake..and I also seen two guys after half time moving from seat to seat kept getting moved by the people's seat they nicked until they found empty ones

Yep. One group of 3 or 4 half way up 139 had the whole block bawling at them to sit down. My mates son is handicapped and he couldn't see. Selfish twats, that's what they are

Just want to clairfy that this was not me! No-one asked me to sit, we sat because everyone else was sat.

People wanting to sit shouldn't be stupid enough to buy the £85 tickets pretty much behind the goal. It's not rocket science, buy either a £115 ticket or sit in level 3 if you're expecting to sit throughout the game.

Depends, doesn't it.

If everyone is standing and there are only a few people sitting then, yeah, I agree, they should accept that they are going to be standing.

But if there are an awful lot of people in the block who are sitting, behind the goal or anywhere else, then it is the dicks who insist on standing in the middle of a sea of people who are sitting that are absolute arseholes.

I've seen this loads of times at Wembly and, almost without fail, the people who insist on standing whilst everyone else is sitting have been proper scumbags.

Couldn't agree more mate and it doesn't matter what price tickets you have, I had exactly the same problem at the semi in the expensive seats. This isn't something that only happens at Wembley, it happens at every away game. I've ben going to away games with my Uncle for 38 years, but last season we stopped because at 74, he struggles to stay on his feet for 90 mins. Unfortunately, we have many low life ignorant scum bags who follow City (not to be mistaken for 'hooligans', because these are also the crowd who go hiding when we play Utd at Wembley), who could't give a fuck about others so long as their own narrow agenda is satisfied.

Only fight I saw was outside Mannions ...2 Wigan on to one Blue.

Until a few of us joined in. Funnily enough they backed off at that point.

Trouble at back of 547.
Never seen so many people so pissed before. Prob 50% of those coming up the steps in 547 couldn't stand up.

I thnk most of the players must have been 'pissed' too , judging by the state of their non-performances!

Loads of arseholes are city fans especially the ones throwing cans at the Wigan coach near the Greyhound pub, coach full of families there to enjoy the day, maybe the result was Karma ,and some tosser in 550 row 27 6ft 4 bald head thought he was the bees knees, when in fact he was just a scum bag, part of me is glad we lost but unfortunately I feel our clubs fans are changing for the worst with there rag like attitudes, well done the real fans who stayed till the end and didn't try and rip the seats out, but stayed and applauded and were gracious in defeat.
