He was the worst of a bad bunch though. I’m personally glad he’s not playing. He needs to be fit to start getting better for CityAs were most others, hence scapegoated.
Bellingham scored and palmer has been brilliant for Chelsea so deserves the start where as foden has been ill and had a stop start season. Grealisj was brilliant against Ireland and Finland last international break so it’s completely fair. Foden can't have any complaints about being dropped he's not turned up for England. Good for us that he and Rico get rest. Grealish could do with a game, walker only playing once, just need stones to get through it and it'll have been an okay England camp for us.
