Nobody is surprised about the state of the England team. We had an FA trained brain dead arsewipe replaced by another FA trained brain dead arsewipe and we should not be surprised that nothing has changed. Keep doing the same thing and you keep having the same outcome - no sh1t!!

I thought Carsley would do a better job than he has, but the experimentation you can do at U21 level, where great players will get you wins through moments of brilliance just cannot be relied upon at senior level. You have to have a system.
No idea who the FA have in mind for the job, but it has to be someone who can introduce a system that is effective and players can comfortably slot into. And one who can handle the egos within the squad.
