The paranoia is strong in here this morning!

It weird how a set of 38 games can immediately be labelled as bent.

The only time of the season where it really matters is the games around the semi finals of the CL and FA cup, if we’re still in all comps.

The rest of the time, we play every 3 days anyway.

We’re generally better away from home these days too.

It‘s hard to understand why anyone would get angry about a set of fixtures.

One of the things which makes the fixtures feel tougher is the amount of big teams in the PL now. There hasn’t been this many big clubs for a long time. You see Leeds and Forest instead of Watford & Norwich and think ‘shit, that will be tough’ - just because of the name above anything else.

Apparently Mike Dean is on VAR for all their games too.

Winning the league at home to the scousers is a distinct possibility though too.

I suppose it’s only natural given that we start and end away and have Boxing Day away. Meanwhile, our likely biggest rivals Liverpool, start and end away and have Boxing Day away. If that doesn’t prove it’s fixed, nothing will…..
