Majority of games are on the east coast, so I'd suspect multiple games a day, first one at 5pm our time (midday east coast time), then potentially 8pm, 11pm, 2am. A couple of the venues on the west coast so you might get the likes of Seattle v Urawa Reds even later. What time in uk are the club world cup fixtures likely to be played at?
Mad month is correct MAG. What do we think to Arse-Sun16.30, Newcastle- Sat 17.30? L'pool not sure due to Spurs on the Tue, could that be swapped to the Wed though?February is going to be a crazy month for us ... and I see all our games moving for TV!

If spurs finish 9th-24th in the Europa League League stage, then they will have to play the Thursday before we play Liverpool meaning the earliest they could play that weekend would be Sunday, meaning our game would move to Wednesday/Thursday. Suppose this announcement is where we start to get asterisks next to the games.Mad month is correct MAG. What do we think to Arse-Sun16.30, Newcastle- Sat 17.30? Ah, it’s an easy one for your Dad that!If spurs finish 9th-24th in the Europa League League stage, then they will have to play the Thursday before we play Liverpool meaning the earliest they could play that weekend would be Sunday, meaning our game would move to Wednesday/Thursday. Foolishly booked to get get married on 22nd Feb so sweating on that Liverpool game moving as don't want my Dad to have a decision on which to attend.
Forgot all about the Europa lark tbh with all our own woes going on. Hope the 22nd and whatever comes after it goes well.If spurs finish 9th-24th in the Europa League League stage, then they will have to play the Thursday before we play Liverpool meaning the earliest they could play that weekend would be Sunday, meaning our game would move to Wednesday/Thursday. Hope it’s not another 12:30 Liverpool game cause of concern about trouble 17:30 on Saturday would be a great atmosphereMad month is correct MAG. What do we think to Arse-Sun16.30, Newcastle- Sat 17.30? L'pool not sure due to Spurs on the Tue, could that be swapped to the Wed though?

With the fa cup weekend being before we are due to play brentford on the Tuesday, does that mean brentford could move to the Wednesday if we are picked for tv on the Sunday or that our fa cup game is guaranteed to be the Saturday?
ITV will have us playing 18:00 on Sunday night.Brentford is fixed (no asterisk against it, neither on PL's website nor on City's) so I guess FA Cup will have to be Friday night or Saturday for us. FA Cup games might even be played on Thursday night, just depends on who we draw and what fixtures they have.
ITV will have us playing 18:00 on Sunday night.
TV companies live screwing us over.
Thanks for that. But who gets first picks? The unknown from that is where the BBC’s two games come in the selection order of fixtures. The FA Cup is no longer on ITV (but I get your point) ...
TNT Sports will have ALL the games LIVE outside of Sat 3pm window, while they have to give two games each round to BBC for free-to-air part of the deal.
As well as the final, the BBC will provide live coverage of two FA Cup matches from each round up to the quarter-finals, and one semi-final.
Under TNT Sports' agreement with the FA, meanwhile, the broadcaster will show every game live from the competition’s third round onwards – outside the 3pm domestic blackout slot across the UK – until the end of the 2028-29 season via its linear channels and WBD’s streaming platform Discovery+.

Interesting though, so although we’ll have UK tv coverage of more matches than ever, only 2 per round will be on free to air tv, is that right?
I see looking back to last year, the 3rd round tv games were announced on the Thursday after the draw I think.
Saturday 12:30 so the rags attending are too hungover to act like cunts. When it was between BBC and ITV, BBC had the first pick one gameweek (Round 3) and then ITV the next round (Round 4) and so on. BBC I think picked first in QFs and SFs too. But then both were free-to-air and limit to how many games they can pick each round (equal) ... now TNT Sports has the main contract and the deal is for ALL games. Part of that is they will give two for free to air to BBC and also they will decide what they don't want and only those will be put on Sat 3pm slot ... so they can have a game Thu night, one Fri night, one Sat early, two late 5:30 and 8:00pm and then againt 2-3 on Sunday and another on Monday ... so it's anyone's guess as this is the first year they have it back (from the old days of when ESPN had the FA Cup, which later went to BT Sport and now TNT Sports), so we'll find out I guess. I personally doubt that BBC will have first picks or the same muscle they had over ITV in previous years.
Whatever happens, we're not playing Salford City at Saturday 3pm, that's for sure ... where they put us is anyone's guess right now. I am hoping we hear some news tomorrow or Friday itself.
They don’t have to act…Saturday 12:30 so the rags attending are too hungover to act like cunts.
