Was supposed to be there and back within 15 hours. Nobody took more than a wallet, phone, face mask and paperwork.You didn't take your toothbrush?
Also these flights were not free, City paid the Airline. Compensation will be paid by the Airline's insurance company. Go for it!On a serious point are those on flight 12 allowed to claim for flight cancellation under civil aviation rules ( I know we did not pay for flights) but it’s compensation not a refund

You can probably blame his lad for the bad luck, he's a bloody jinx when it comes to travelling,lost luggage, passports,missed flights, you name it :-)
