I know there’s a lot of media spin from players where they don’t say much of note at the best of times, but those sort of quotes are usually followed by ‘but this is football so you never know’ when the player is up for a move.

There virtually are no goals in Germany other than personal ones or securing a move to Bayern, it’s why Kane has gone there, absolutely nailed on for a title winning medal. I don’t know anything about this lad but at 20 he’s probably too young to make the move, think we need to identify other players and strengthen the squad, we are well light especially when we start playing two games a week.

This is a serious injury at any age but at 32 and with his previous issues it's a huge injury.

As for Wirtz,i haven't seen anything of him unfortunately .....but i do know we need another body or 2 in the mix.

We have youngsters like Oscar and Palmer that would be ready for the first team in about two years from now. I personally don't see the need to sign Olmo and Wirtz, maybe one of them but not both.

I’m not sure Palmer makes it here mate, only my opinion though. A couple of cracking goals doesn’t change that for me. Very good player but not going to be a regular starter under Pep imo

I think that's all down to him trying too hard to be a "good boy" for Pep. It's shows in his game, most times he plays like he's walking on eggshells, overly cautious and worried about not making any mistakes. If he stays a bit longer and plays some more, he would definitely settle in.
