Florian Wirtz

Strange as it seems, he's struggled for regular game time, & is definitely part of Real's second string.
I’d definitely take Tchouameni. Him next to Rodri would give us so much control, he’d give Rodri a break, and he’s one of the few DM’s where there wouldn’t be a massive drop-off in quality. He’s a physical monster, Pep would love him.

It's unfortunate for him he's competing with Camavinga & Kroos. There was talk of Kroos retiring or moving on, but he signed an extension with Real.

The issue with Tchouameni is Real was his dream move, so he might see himself as the replacement for an ageing Kroos once his Real days are over.

By all accounts he's not pushing for game time or a move, & is prepared to sit tight & await his chance.

Him or Valverde would be cracking alternatives mate

8 goals and 12 assists in all competitions this season. He is someone we should use a lot of our resources to try and get in the summer.

I see the source, but I hope this is true. Having said that, we would have to make a move for him this summer, or he is off to Bayern. He is in the superior team, though, so why would he downgrade ;)? He won't be able to do that in the Bundesliga, so I hope it's us for him.

This is our biggest obstacle. I am sure Wirtz would be tempted to follow...

I've said it from last summer. He is the one. It's him and Phil behind Erling. That's the magic

Didnt someone say Tolmie had said Wirtz has a £87.5m release clause?
Steal if true. Looking at his performances this season I don`t think he`s that far off Kev`s level at Wolfsburg. Mindblowing that he`s only 20, which makes him 3 years younger than Phil and Erling

If Xabi decides to go to Bayern, there's almost guarantee that Wirtz will follow him too. Him being a german will also makes things difficult too, Bayern will always have certain allure for german player.

And most likely other possible transfer target like Kimmich decides to stay if Tuchel goes and Xabi in.

If he wins the Bundesliga this season, it might make him want to win other league titles more? That could be at Liverpool though if Alonso goes there. :-/
