also money does count as smaller operations on the NHS are put back all the time unlike privately paid ones

I was in hospital on drips and morphine for nearly a week when mine burst then at least 2 or 3 weeks before I could go into my work.

I had a hernia operation about ten years ago, had the full incision in my groin area and it took me weeks to go back to work. I couldn’t walk for a week. Yet some people return back to work within a week of a hernia operation. People react differently from operations, so I don’t think there’s any point of predicting when Phils going to be back.

Hope he has a speedy recovery but in adults it’s not the quickest thing to recover from.
Had mine out at 33 . 8pm normal midweek evening-11pm rushing to Stepping Hill in an ambulance in worst agony I’ve experienced .
