Football Leaks/Der Spiegel articles

Doesn't seem to be anything not already in the public domain.

We negotiated our own settlement after the initial £50m fine and probationary period, thereafter?

We also agreed not to increase certain Abu Dhabi related sponsors during this time.

Subsequently, we spent two years basically buying fodder like Rodwell, Garcia and Sinclair, to the detriment of defending our title.

My only concern is with the Premier League, as opposed to Uefa.

Dave Whelan is on record saying it only introduced their own version of FFP because United and some other clubs were worried about City.

I've no doubt Scudamore will be lobbied by a number of the clubs to try and fudge a justification for sanctioning against our revenue streams.

It sounds like City have evidence against PWC of wrongdoing or complicity in conjunction with UEFA.

It's clear we always held the leverage and we shouldn't really try to control the narrative now, as it has long been established by our competitors.
Didn't that paragon of virtue, David Gill, use to work for PWC?

Bwahaha it's painfully obvious reading every one of the twitter feeds linked here, that the people responding within them are excited without having a clue what they are excited about.

Am I the only one who believes that if our owners were knowingly involved in financial dealings that were sure to breach FFP regulations they aren't that fucking stupid that they would leave a paper trail?
If our owners had anything to hide UEFA would have taken them to court when the opportunity was there and the fact they bottled it and walked away speaks volumes about this whole FFPR bollocks.
