At least People can stop being paranoid about uefa allegedly hating the club when it’s clear they helped the club and PSG in this situation.

It doesn’t look good though, Ruben Kazan were banned from all European competitions for something far less serious(over a billion less) than what the owners of City and PSG have allegedly done. Inter Milan were also imposed heavily for something far less serious and lost half their team as a result.

If these allegations are true, it doesn’t look club and the club may be forced to sell important players like Inter had to.

Watch out the boo boys are going to come after you. Perhaps UEFA did assist us but they created their FFP to extort money out of us with this "help". Obviously it does not look good for us when teams like Kazan are banned for a lesser offence. However, this deal is related to the time when we got fined by UEFA and not to the present in which Rubin Kazan got banned. I also do not see how we should get punished for something UEFA lobbied. According to the emails UEFA were the propositioning party and we had a settlement with them. This may have been an amoral act from us, but I do not see it as unlawful. Therefore, I do not see any ground on which anyone can take legal action against us. Whether Rubin Kazan can take action against UEFA is a different matter. However, UEFA probably offers a settlement to every team that breaks these rules, but not all can pay the price.

Now is a good time to leak the emails about the European Super League so they probably thought this is as good a time as any to publicise the leaks about us and PSG.

Yes prime minister! Brilliant ha ha. This sums it up perfectly. Financial fair play seems to be just a set of arbitrary rules which can be broken, changed, negotiated, compromised, agreed,.....to suit whoever, whenever. So what?
 
FIFA have already come out and stated there is nothing incriminating in the released documents, nothing that would break rules.

At most city have complied and negotiated on a ruling that may be deemed illegal, under pressure and protest. But if FFP is ruled illegal then I'm pretty sure our agreement to comply with it would be but a drop in the ocean compared to the tsunami it would create.

I would say however that this will be a step too far for the club and we have to act to defend ourselves now. That info, whatever it contains, has been illegally obtained, and used to defame individuals and an internationally renowned business. Lawyer up.
