However Dortmund and City have an agreement that ensured City released Sancho’s registration. I would have thought the terms of that agreement, which are not based on the terms of the original contract between Sancho and City, instead based on the terms around the transfer of registration are enforceable.

Well the FA have launched an investigation. So we'll see what happens....So as I understand it we paid 'Emeka Obasi' £200,000 for 'scouting services' . Der Spiegel are saying its directly linked to us signing Sancho, a sweetener if you like. I don't know what the finer details of the rules are other than a player under the age of 16 can't have an agent.
How can FIFA link the payment directly to the Sancho deal if we say we paid Emeka Obasi for scouting services?
How can FIFA say beyond doubt that Emeka Obasi was representing Sancho officialy? It all seems like a lot of conjecture to me?
We are also alleged to have written to Sancho's parents declaring what we were prepared to pay him for his first professional contract, again I have no idea what the issue is here if its a proposed deal after he's 16?
