Although it's fun, there's not really much use bragging about it when you're controlling one of the biggest clubs, it's piss easy to win.

Started a game with Weston-super-Mare (predicted 24th in the BSS) and after 3 successive promotions, I'm currently mid-table League 1. The thing is, when you go up the leagues this quickly, you keep overhauling your whole squad each season, with the exception of a few good youngsters and old stalwarts.

Managed to get myself Daryll Duffy on a free who's scored 25 in 24 for me so far in League 1, though my defence is leaky. Boro' are running away with the Championship, Redknapp manages city, and Mancini is now the Arsenal manager. Weird.

Coming up to the crunch time now, first season with Espanyol where i've been challenging for the title at this stage.

Got Chelsea in the Champions League semi's.

5 matches left in the league, equal points with At. Madrid, 2 points off Real, although they both have a game in hand. I'm managing Manchester City and now at the start of my 4th season.

Trophy I've won...

2010/11 - Premiership.
2011/12 - Premiership, Community Shield & League Cup.
2012/13 - Premiership, Community Shield, League Cup, Champions League & Super Cup.

Also been named Manager of the Month 9 times and Manager of the Year 3 times.

The players I've bought...

2010/11 - Eljero Elia, Darijo Srna, Romelu Lukaku Gervinho & Eden Hazard.
2011/12 - Edin Dzeko, Simon Kjaer, Sergio Aguero & Igor Akineev.
2012/13 - Gareth Bale & Javier Pastore.
2013/14 - Arjen Robben.

& now The City of Manchester stadium is a 60,000 all seater :-)

i wouldnt blow youe trumpet on the last patch i beat that by quite a long way.
7 consecutive premier leagues 4 champions leagues 6 fa cups 6 league cups ect ect. all you do by posting that mate is make others feel bad thats why i dont do it. its arogant.

Why the hell would I try and make others feel bad? All I've done there is listed what I've won and who I've bought, why would people feel bad cos of that?

Brother bought it for my birthday last week.

Started with Huddersfield. Brought in Guidetti on loan and he bagged 21 goals for me, went up 2nd in League 1.

Got Guidetti on loan again and signed 13 players including Keiron Dyer, Tomas Repka and other oldies on low wages, finished 16th in Championship. Guidetti top scorer with 21 goals again, weirdly.

Just finished my third season with them, promoted via play-offs. Had Guidetti on loan again! Was injured for the majority of the season but Lee Novak who I hardly played bagged 34 goals in the league but missed out on promotion by a point, but went up through the play-offs.

Just got into the Premiership, trying to find decent players, but wages are a killer for me. Brought in Guidetti on loan again!! Tom Cleverly, James McArthy and Kris Commons as they were dirt cheap. Hoping to find some more bargains, keep them up then get the City job, where Mick McCarthy has just took over!!

I would'nt mind some tips on things like:

Formation home and away. (Do you change it)

Do you go to press conferences.

Training. Do you get involved and how the bloody hell do you do it coz its bloody gobbledygook to me.

What do you tell the players in your team talk at the start, at half time if your winning, if your losing and at full time if your winning and losing. (No matter what I say it does'nt seem to work)

I had City and was 6th in the league, got beat by Villa and got sacked. Obviously I am doing something wrong but the game does'nt tell you why you get the sack.

Any help would be nice.......

Never change my formation before a game. I only change it depending on the scoreline during a game, ie if im winning 1-0 with 10 minutes to play i'll go more defensive. Its better to settle on 1 formation so your players can get used to it and gel.

I never attend press conferences and never respond to what other managers say because it only effects your squad in a bad way.

Download a schedule off the net or create your own and set your players for each position. Get the best coaches possible, but if your players dont play well then they wont improve that much.

I dont say anything before the game or at half time because team talks dont really work. I only say something at the end.

The problem is with City nearly all the players are new signings so they need time to gel. Try and bring in some top players in the first window and maybe a few younsters. In my 1st season i bought Coentrao, Moussa Sissoko, Luisao, Hazard, Bale and young players. I got rid of Barry, Kolo, SWP, Jo, Yaya(on loan), Kolarov(on loan) and all the reserves who are crap.

I've built a city team for the future, won the league in my first season through some utterly bizarre luck.

5 fixtures to go, I was 4th, Spurs 3rd, Arsenal 2nd and United 1st, I lost my next 2 games and was struggling to stay in the top 4 and somehow, I ended up 1st with Spurs 2nd
