Just started a new pre-season at City (Won the league & Europa, where's my parade?).

WARNING! Didn't get a new budget, so had to survive purely on the surplus from the previous season.

I got a new budget in January but it didn't cover the £67 million they spent on Torres.

In the league cup final against the Baggies and joint 3rd in the league with a game in hand. Utd and Spurs haven't lost a game in like 20.

Lukaku and John Guidetti are ace.

i'm trying to get a game with southampton going but have been busy with college work and dominating the Fifa 11 bleumoon xbox league.
3rd after 12 games though, not bad.

Bloody flying started a season with City! Just beat Blackpool at Home 8-0 thats attacking! Even De Jong got two!!

I'm doing a game as Sunderland (worth it just to see the elephant man unemployed) didn't have a buget in the first season but managed some wheeler dealer antics came 7th in the league and won the FA cup thanks to a favourable draw and flukey wins over Chelsea and Spurs.

Got given £30m to spend and managed to tempt plenty in over summer and I'm lining up like this for most games.

Started a game with West Ham... 4 games into my season. 1st game, drew 0-0 away to Spurs, 2nd game beat Villa 1-0 at home, 2-0 win away against Leeds in League Cup and I just beat Brum 1-0 away. DEFENSIVE MACHINE.

Just caved in an bought it yesterday morning, it's about to finish downloading (my internet connection is beyond pathetic), wondering which club to go. Generally don't really enjoy playing as City.

I have cheated a bit.. changed youth acad and stuff to 20, but I'm top of the league after about 10 games - lost 1.

I'm enjoying it, I haven't played FM for a few years so theres loads of changes for me.

I tend to play City for a season or 2 and get bored, then i try my other team St Mirren and completely fail, then start with a lower league team with the intention of turning them into a World super power and give up 2 matches into the first season, then i pick a mid-table club from a foreign league and go on to play and epic game with them for the rest of the year on and off. I'm thinking of just skipping the first 3 games.
