Udo Lattek won the lot didn't he? Don't think he won any of them twice though.

Was it the catenaccio fucker from Italy? Can't remember his name but he managed Milan a few times and Fiorentina in the 60s and 70s.

Gladbach were the other one! Knew he won trophies with Barcelona and Bayern, didn't think he won any with BVB.
