not even a sniff mate, the club, the fa, uefa, fifa, rule them out 100%

however some clubs/countries do seem to get away with it.

Exactly, and I'll fail to understand how smoke bombs could cause health problems, I have asthma and everytime a smoke bomb goes off in the away end, nothing bad happens to me...
