Most vaccines have a reaction. They always have. It's just thst we were all rugrats when we got them, so can't remember. When I got jabs before going to India I thought I had the flu for a few days on arrival, before I realised what it was. Plus, not dying or getting really ill kind of trumps it for me. Vaccines work, mild side effects or not. Listen to scientists. We have all been vaccinated before. Leave those too stupid to realise they have been vaccinated to FB and agreeing with Hank from Alabama telling the thick cunts it's a conspiracy to control their mind. Although controlling Hanks mind would get a like from me.

Had the Oxford vaccine , bit of a headache ,like you get with a head cold , gone the next day.

Scheduled for J&J vaccine on Sat morning. Based on the numerous reports and personal reactions, I have to have 48hrs off work after the jab in case of after effects. Will let you know.

No problem with the AZ vaccine at all. I do worry that people like me won't bother to vote as much as those that have a reaction. There's an urge to tell people if you feel unwell. I know lots of people that have had it, mostly with no side effects or occasional sore arm or headache but still hear anecdotes such as the cleaner at my partner's work who was in bed ill for 2 days after. Those of us who didn't notice anything stories are unremarkable. I think we will be able to rely on the official figures as there's millions vaccinated now.

The voting doesn't reflect your view upto now.

What people don't understand is this is a mass vaccination of an entire population of all ages. Most vaccinations are given when people are young which allows for a very distinct control group when it comes to reporting safety. With these vaccines there is no control group other than every single person in the population and that makes it extremely difficult.

The fact is though these vaccines are extremely safe and the media are absolute fools for reporting anything but that. More people will die or have adverse reactions as a result of taking ibuprofen or paracetamol this year but you don't see conspiracy theorists or morons calling for them to be banned.

As a population we are extremely sensitive at the moment to information and that's unfortunately a consequence of living in an unchecked social media world and also 5 years of political nonsense where both the media and political establishments have been at war.

Is one of the side effects not maintaining social distancing? Plenty of old timers now just seem to do what they want recently having received the vaccine. Forgetting they can still catch and pass on the virus.
