Cunha has the (on paper) easier game, that's true. Happy enough with the forward 7. Not sure how many clean sheet bonuses I'll be getting from that defence and keeper, though. As for the captaincy, it's almost impossible not to give it to Salah, even though they'll be tainted points. The alternatives would possibly be Saka, though West Ham will have got a boost from last night. Or Palmer; Villa seem to have been inconsistent this season, though they're still only 3 pts off the CL spots.

Salah always scores against us so we might as well try and Jinx him by giving him the armband.


About your defence one change I'd make would be Akanji out for Konate, they are the same price but the dippers have a great run of fixtures after the next 2. I'm going to get him or Van Dijk in for the Everton game in a couple of weeks, that's when the good fixtures start.

I have 2.2m in the bank, so I can afford to bring in VVD or Konate for Young, and still have mini-Ruud in the squad.

I remember when Quansah dominated the debate/discussion around here during GW02.

Should we sell him? Do we preserve team value? Does it really matter? What's all the fuss about?

I haven't thought of that player in 10 GWs given I sold him immediately and am now up to £103.7 of team value. ;-)

If a City fan does that, I'll predict a City win and a Salah blank.

(but I'm not taking THAT for the team knowing my luck and the current state of the defense)

I'm still not sure who I'm captaining either. Down to 4, maybe 5, but I don't like chasing last week's Cunha points.
