I'd met Chris a couple of times at the match (I seem to remember introducing Ric to him once) when he was with his sons who I've known for some years now. He seemed a nice bloke and if he was anything like his lads he will have been an absolute gent.

It'll be a sadder place without him and his character.

My thoughts and prayers go to Sterl and family.

Anyone remember City's pre season tour to IOM in 94' - Douglas, where he played that bar there - and at the end we all invaded the stage and tried to wrench his head off, was a top night and that papermached head is hard as fuck ! Was a proper rowdy, belly full of laughs kind of night.

Thats the thing with Frank - he made us smile - God bless 'im.
