With all due respect and no disrespect, how can you judge him whilst he is doing is job if not watching?

Because he came to an afterparty at my house after a gig at the comedy store a few years back. And he's a complete ****. He was my favourite comedian until that night.

I think Joe Barton is a **** of a man, but whilst on the field he is a good footballer, dare i say it, so are Giggs and Rooney, but good at the day job

I never said he isn't funny. Just that I don't find him funny as I don't give him the time of day. But I see your point.

I must admit, i prefer comedians in the mould of frankie boyle and jimmy carr. However, frankie's shock humour, is wearing thin now, and if i'm honest, has been for a while.

Sums it up for me and actually got to the point a while ago where I just couldn't give a fuck what he's got to say anymore.

I think Frankie Boyle is funny, he is one of the few comedians who actually makes me laugh. I didn't find his comments about the Paralympics funny, but some of his material on that show he did on C4 last week was quality IMO.
