Cameron's been out this morning and called IS an 'existential threat' to Britain. It's just a shame that the expensive nuclear weapons we bought to protect us against existential threats can do fuck all against some mad **** on a jetski.

Just found out that a bloke who lives 3 doors from my Step Daughter in Urmston has flew out to Tunisia last night, his Brother has been shot dead and his Brothers Wife is critically wounded in hospital, they might be from the Urmston area but not sure yet
Also rumoured around Urmston /Flixton that a Woman teacher from Flixton has been shot dead but not been confirmed yet

Well, they didn't. And 30 British people have been shot dead for the loss of one terrorist arrested. Meanwhile, IS laugh their balls off and ready the next mission while Dave and Phil Hammond stand about like two spare pricks, burbling about 'the struggle of a generation' and calling for more internet spying. Face it folks, we'll do nothing.

But hang on. What's Dave's big initiative? We're having a national minute's silence. That'll teach them. If they try anything else we'll unleash a full 2 minute silence on them. They'll be bricking it in Raqqa at the thought of that.

And then we have the spectacle of a Prime Minsterial statement on the attacks in Tunisia being hijacked by the Tory Eurosceptics to make comments about immigration and the EU. Fucking unbelievable.

I would like nothing more than to agree with you, but somehow, globally I fear you may be incorrect here.... That said in the circumstances there is very little wriggle room to do anything else.... I just hope with the cuts to the defence budget we will be able to afford to, again I fear we probably don't have the money to commit ourselves to such a necessary cause.
