Scoring drift around Frenkie de Jong takes on idiotic forms. Foreign media report agreement #Ajax and City and quote agent Ali Dursun. ,, That is a quote from weeks ago with a completely different message. And there is no agreement, "Dursun said. ,, That there is interest is true. "

Do the deal, take the ban if that's what it comes to.

Other than Fernandinho, we have a squad built to last
Even if we do get a ban??? We are likely to ask for it to be suspended till Summer 19 & January 20.

I can recall both Barca & Madrid getting 12 month ban but withheld allowing them both 6 months grace or in otherwards 1 transfer window to get some deals done.

Although this sounds ok we are going to get stitched up with large fees as the owners & Tixi won't get enough time.

We may sign 2-3 players but loan back till the Summer.

Somone needs to dig up the dirt regarding Barca & Real the way they have sucked the money out of La Liga while the other teams scrimp & scrape, there has to be skeletons in the closet with those cheating twats, Tax & VAT fraud, players being overpaid & not paying tax, local government funding to the big 2 there has to be story's especially with Sorriano & Tixi being at Barca.

I hate that La Liga gobshite

Not seen enough of him to comment but is he really what we need? I’d say Fernandinho is so important, because although he’s technically sound, he does the dirty work that allows the rest of the team to shine. FDJ sounds a bit like a tidy midfielder who’s press resistant. I can see why Pep likes the idea of that, but as we have the higher possesssion stats and are more vulnerable on the break, wouldn’t a fast, aggressive DM work better?

Of course I trust Pep, and he’s proven me so wrong in the past, but I fail to see what he offers over our other midfielders, or why he’s worth £60mil. I’d let Foden play there.

I think we can agree on one thing.

I trust Pep more than you too.

Yeah, no shit, me too. Still don’t understand why we need FDJ when we have KDB, Gundogan, Merlin, Bernardo, Foden who could all act as a metrnome, but no-one close to Fernandinho when it comes to breaking up counters and winning back possession.

You want Phil Foden to play DM?
