You know I would happily agree and would love it if they got done for it one way or another, even if it is falling into an even bigger hole they dug for themselves. But the seem to have found ways to deal with the immediate issues, and somehow still pay obscene amounts for players.


If they were doing all theae cuts and measures with players, and only focusing on academy and free agent players, till they het back to a manageable level, it would almost be an admirable effort. But the fact they are just shuffling the problems while adding the likes of Torres Raphina Lewandowski and sucj at sone 200m all in, just makes you think what's the fucking point.

Oh new players they guarantee then 12 months later they ask them to refer most there wages because the clubs be in real trouble if they don’t!

I hope I am wrong and the days of them snapping their grubby fingers and player’s crawling to the swamp on their hands and knees are really over. Barca are as bent as the rags for me.

By a certain date I imagine. It would be very interesting to know that date.

The way it has been reported so far is that he took a % pay cut, lets say 50% for easy maths for 2 years. Then the next 2 he gets paid 150% and in 4 years he is no worse off (excluding tax bracket complexities etc). He's at the midway point now where he's had the less, now starts the more. They are seemingly trying to sell him so that they can avoid 2 years of wages. But he won't move unless they pay the difference and his cut back in a onner before he goes. Otherwise he'll happily see out his increased pay.

I assume they do have some cash. Why would they be doing a deal with Leeds if they can't fund it. Maybe that cash is coming from the rags and they need that first for the second to go through.

Looks a right mess. Players / agents must see what is going on.

They will pay it,they are desperate to show that they are still relevant,the rag PR and our media will see to it that they persuaded him to forgo what he’s owed to him and signfor them ..
