We wouldn't pay that...barca will only resolve it by giving up a portion of the tranfer fee to subsidize the loss in wages.

He'd probably pick up about 200k-300k with us + a barca subsidized sign on fee(by lowering their asking price).

i think hes on half that as it stands, he was one of the one to take a cut. we could provb convince him, he got paid, time to learn and improve.

I didn't know that. In that case the move would be even more appealing for him. If these players have agreed to wage cuts without some alteration in their contracts they want their heads looking at. I'd only agree to such a move if they made it very easy for me to leave.

So we could match his current wage comfortably enough. If gundo's is having back issues its something we should get ahead of on the transfer front imo. We could easily rotate him into the squad with gundo fully fit too.

Maybe, I'm sure they could work out a deal with signing fees and loyalty payments if he's out the door on it and settle up the deferment.

They buying club might have a bit of leeway to get him to take a bonus heavy contract, if they sell him on the project well enough.
