The main one being we’ve got 2 cup games in 3 days and many haven’t been paid in 7 weeks.

Not convinced that is the only (or even main) reason to be honest. If we had been playing the dippers at 3PM on a Saturday with the game not being on BBC, I suspect the attendance would have been much higher. Like most clubs we will get lower attendances for not overly attractive cup games on TV.
