Now my understanding of this signing was we were signing a Defensive Midfield player as cover for De Jong/Barry. Is there any news on him like how he's getting on in training, is he injured again, is he just getting match fit?

Would have thought the Fulham game would have been an opportunity to give him some game time to assess if he will be of any use because we are certainly missing De Jong atm.

Agree. Need DeJong next to Barry.

Simply put, the manager didn't lose us the game, the whole team did.
Said it as soon as the match ended but hey Mancini's the target, always.

We shouldn't have even been in the position to argue about substitutions in the 1st place.

Even Silva is sick of Mancini subs
concentrate on your own team which are playing now.

Judging by his history, I think he's a Chelsea fan.

I'm a Girl. City fan not Chelsea, United, Arsenal etc etc. I'm just an objective one and I'm honest I don't rate Mancini.

Disappointed with Silvas reaction, carry on like that and I'll happily see you sold in January.

Shocking statement. You cannot possibly be serious.

Seriously think he's extracting the urine!............at least i hope so[/quote]

No, not taking the piss.

As a club we can't be having that. I don't think we will with Silva who has been a model professional throughout, but if he wants to play that game then we're better off without him.

A great start to the season, WELL DONE.

Well done City, a superb start to the season and two home games to come, let's get behind the boys and turn it into a fantastic start.

It could be worse. Torres missed an entirely open net.

Just seen that. Too funny. Shame it was against that lot. Back on topic. Still pissed off. It's done now though. Onwards & upwards.

A bit strong that mate. He walks on water and isn't allowed a shrug of the head for the most INSANE substitution of the season?

Nope, I love him but we need to set our standards higher than that.

Personally I don't blame Silva, was by far the best player on the pitch.
Why would you sub the best player and not expect him to be a bit narked?
