The thing is when people who were perfectly happy sat in their North Stand seats, many will have been long serving Platt Lane fans for decades, were evicted without their approval for the new Family Stand. When this stand is there available for 6000, yet hasn't been filled once all season. When there is this amount provided for families and yet only about 3000 - in two seperate areas - provided for vocal fans (other clubs vocal stands: Everton 6000; Blackburn 7000; Leeds 7000; Seff Weds 11000; Sheff Utd 12000; Liverpool 12000; Villa 14500...)... you can see where people are starting to get a little upset, disgruntled, angry... with City. Little things like this are annoying when the fans who Nigel de Jong bows his arms down to at the end of every match (he only does that to the South Stand L1 and East Corner L1, he just applauds everyone else) are being almost ignored.

Don't know what your problem is with the family stand but when its not full its not like you can't get a ticket for other areas of the ground.

-Mancini, 1 dimensional, negative football, can't influence games from the touchline, not playing right formation to suit players.

-players, some of them not good enough, not enough squad depth, not enough pace or commitment in some of them.

-Catering-overpriced and poor quality, with all the money that should have been remedied in 3 seasons.

-smoking-should have more done to prevent it, instead of the random, half arsed approach.

-stewarding-stop kicking people out before talking to them first and apologise when you mistakenly kick someone out Peter Fletcher instead of not being courteous and polite.

-family friendly-kids should be going for the right reasons and the club should be listening and cutting down on making it so cheesy, it doesn't have to be core adult and really unfriendly but there's a balance yet all we ever get is Hugh Ferris blabbering on all over the place on really trivial things that aren't relevant to anybody but keeping a few half arsed kids and their families "Happy". Stop emphasising everything as family friendly and just open it to everybody and make it about City fans as a group instead of intentionally trying to segregate everybody.

What does age have to do with anything? I can formulate my own opinion and people can agree or disagree with me.

I'd rather "sulk" and complain rather than sit there and accept whatever the club wanted to do without question.

I don't personally have that much of a problem with the Family Stand (it only really needs to be half the size, maybe 60% at most, of what it is though). I sit in the East Stand, have done since we moved to the CoMS and i sat in the Kippax at Maine Road. I'm just saying that I can see where people are getting a bit shirty with the constant "match day experience" improvements when many of us are getting ignored when we want our match day experiences improving (moving the away fans to the corner so we can have a mass of vocal fans together - which still would be less of a mass of fans than the clubs i've listed above with it being only able to house 6000).

Jees JMW...God knows what you would've been like in the 80's when we had the likes of Andy May and his blonde highlights wobbling around Maine rd...lads chucking lumps of soil from the back of the Kippax,stinking bogs with bits of plastic sheeting for roofs and getting crushed against the wall as you tried to get out of the gate at the end..Vince Miller crooning..Peter Swailes..(God bless 'im)..

The thing is he's right about it. Someone was kicked out for kicking a ball up in the air when Reading were warming up. Yet people have spat at and racially abused stewards in the toilets who've dared to ask them to stop smoking and had no punishment at all! That's not being a goody-two-shoes grass; it's stating the obvious that the club isn't doing things properly.

Which was bullshit, but it doesn't really justify doing a JMW and crying over it. I was pissed off when I read about it, but I've not been watching City since thinking 'Oh dear god, I just can't handle this anymore, I hate this club they chucked a bloke out for kicking a ball the other week'

we've never had it so good...so why not make it even better for everybody instead of targeting a specific group for financial reasons?
