Well the next game is on at 2/3am in the morning so think I'll give it a miss.

This guy was coveted around the world for a reason. Two games for Brazil's U23 team do not sum up somebody's potential and I'm sure he'll be a brilliant signing.

No doubt Jesus will be blamed if Brazil don't win the gold in just the same way as Sterling and Hart got hammered for England's poor form in France. Not watching any of the Olympics so can't comment on his form. However, the fact that we won a high profile pursuit for his services with the power houses of world football is worth it alone even if we did pay over the odd's.

Being a Brasilian adds some 10-15 mln to the price tag. You can get a similarly talented Nigerian, Belgian or even Frenchmen for 10-20% the price.
 


Gabriel Jesus starts, kick off in 40 mins. The game will probably be on BBC Red Button, it good also be on BBC1 or BBC4. It will more than likely be available on BBC iPlayer too.
 
i think ill be flipping back and forth watching this on and off. haven't really seen him play yet. hopefully he'll score. Brazil could use a goal

hah they just panned through the players during the Brazil anthem. Have to admit until I saw the number/name on his shirt that i didn't even know which one was him.
