I think its understandable if he's frustrated. As the main striker I believe he won all matches and drew 1 or something. He also achieved the highest minute/goals ratio of all time doing so. But Aguero comes first in pecking order understandably so, and he has to deal with all this at age 19. Lets see how this develops

You make valid points that I agree with but he's 20.5 to be completely accurate.

Well, I guess Gabriel will be one of the few people who sees a silver lining to today's shitty news.
Hope he can step it up a notch and prove to everyone why he should be the focal point of our attack.

He will. I'm 100% confident that he's ready. Like testies pointed out we're 14-1-0 or something crazy with him.

Fingers crossed. I really hope he obliterates them by putting in a few worldies.
The pace up front will be amazing and hopefully the finishing will be similar.

Big responsibility on the lad. He will be starting the next 10 games bar the league cup.

He'll be up front on his own now. It's definitely his best role. Except that brief cameo when he first popped up he's by and large been paired with Aguero, which in my opinion has restricted him slightly (Although Aguero definitely deserved to play).

This probably will be hit and miss for the lad. He's certainly a huge talent but we have games coming up that he's never really been exposed to on his own and let's not forget he's 20 still, so inconsistency is likely inevitable to at least some extent.

Saying that, if he can take this in his stride it'll be huge for his development. He's got it in him to play well against anybody and if he doesn't shirk away the world's his oyster.

I do imagine Pep will play either Sterling or B. Silva in close support quite often though during this Aguero-less period, to relieve some of the stress of the role.

He'll be up front on his own now. .

He might be, but could equally play in a 2 with Sterling.

Also even when we play 433 he's not really on his own because Sterling and Sané have been playing so far inside.

Mendy's injury is more likely to effect him IMO than Sergio's - no Mendy will probably force Sané to stay out wide on the left to provide width and might leave him a bit isolated.

I think we will find out more about Jesus during this time. Were lucky other guys are chipping in with goals Sane and Sterling have scored goals. So if we can get them all scoring and sharing the goals we will be good but all 3 are no where near the finished product. So there is a lot to come from them. I just hope there is more goals from midfield we need KDB and Silva's to score from midfield. And a few from the defence would go well too.
