Gabriel Jesus back in training (page 77)

Gabriel Jesus chose to have surgery on his metatarsal although physiotherapy treatment may have seen him back in 4 weeks. [@Sport_Witness]

Jesus decided on surgery as there's a risk that his injury could've become a recurrent problem if he opted for physio. [@Sport_Witness]

Is this the same source?

Let's wait for the results of the scan before we start saying how long Jesus will be out for. I rather he missed the Huddersfield game and be ready for the match against Monaco, then risk him in the cup tie and he is out for a few games. We have got a good replacements in both Sergio and Kelchi, so why are we all worrying about nothing.
The reports in Brazil say he has already had the scan, and furthermore that he will be having surgery. But whether you accept that I don't know

Yes all out of Brazil. There's a sportswitness story online quoting Brazil radio interviews with Denilson. Doesn't make the reports true. I think the Brazil reports have triggered everything. They could be true, but I wonder why no one else has broken this story and independently verified it if it is all determined.

Thanks,i wasn't sure

19 years old and already has a surgery.

Lionel Messi, Ronaldo, Lebron James have 13 year careers and no surgeries. I know its the wrong reaction, but some players are just babied by luck sometimes.

Surgery? He more than likely will not need surgery for this injury and even if he did, it's not the end of the world.

Add to that it's players that suffer intrinsic injuries that are usually hampered. Extrinsic injuries are unavoidable for the most part.

When was the last time someone broke a metatarsal in football and how Long were they out for?
