I'd be absolutely delighted with this signing. Better to sign him for £25m now than for £60m in two years time from Porto!

He looks an astonishing talent from the videos. I appreciate that's not the best way to judge a player, but his speed, technique and balance are things that you can't spruce up on a video.

The most excited I've been for a City signing since Aguero.
