Start training with the team around the Everton match I think. Possibly on the bench for Spurs - debut at West Ham in the league!

If we beat West Ham in the FA Cup, the next round is w/e 28th Jan. I expect he would get a run out then

Seems to me like Pep has name checked him quite a lot in his press conferences over recent weeks so wouldn't be surprised to see him very quickly involved
That's a good point. Pep knows what he's doing, so surely he wouldn't be hyping up Jesus if he didn't plan to use him a fair bit? I reckon he'll have made his debut by the end of February, maybe earlier if Kelechi or Aguero gets an injury.

Are rags really claiming Sané is a flop? We've been using him sparingly but he's shown flashes of brilliance Sané has for me, gliding past players leaving them for dust effortlessly.

If G. Jesus really is a tenacious battler then that's great for us, ever since Tevez left I've felt we were lacking that type of player up front. Nolito to his credit has shown that very quality which is why I like to see his name on the team sheet, add him Jesus, Sane and Sterling and we will have a lot of variety and quality in our attack which is what all the best teams have.

Keep this post for future reference. One expert on ragcafe says...

I'll let this clown off seeing as it's Christmas and he's probably just spotted a present under the tree with his name on it but fuck me it's very very bitter.

'Like Martial'. The guy who is that good, he's off to Seville. They live on a different planet those fuckers!

I think that rag muppet doesn't actually realise how competitive the Brazilian league is.......jealousy is an ugly trait : )
I've read what he said, and I reckon you could replace 'pep' with 'peg' and it's probably what would be getting posted on here if they'd signed him. We'll just wait and see what happens. I'm not expecting fireworks as it'll take time for him, and his team mates, to settle.

Is he here yet?

Nope. According to Sky Sports he is officially our player on the 1st of Jan. Sam Lee, the city Goal correspondent, says he's having a leaving party back in Brazil that day and he'll arrive on the 2nd. Either way it'll be a few days and I dunno about you but I'm pretty excited to see how he fits in.

This Kid will become the best striker in the world under Pep without a doubt!

Watching this, many of his goals come from a fast counter attack on the break or balls over the top of a high line defence. He won't get that here with the way teams play against us.

Pep will soon have him passing it back to midfield

This will be the big test. It's no good being lightning fast if you have no room to use it.

This kid is gonna need to have a brilliant first touch, great close control, be bullet fast across 3 yards and be able to shoot through 2 covering defenders.
